Network name, where the signal is strongest, and what to do if it drops.

The house has fiber internet from Firefly, so it’s fast enough for video calls and streaming on several TVs at once.

• Network name: little bear
• Password: in your check-in message, and on the card on the fridge.

The router is in the great room, and the signal reaches every bedroom and both decks.

If it stops working

1. Give it a minute. Brief outages on the mountain usually clear on their own.
2. Unplug the router’s power for 15 seconds and plug it back in. Wait two minutes for it to come back.
3. Still nothing? Message us and we’ll check with the provider.

To fill in: exact router location and a photo, and whether there’s a guest network.
