Message us through the app you booked with, or email dogstarrentals@gmail.com. We’re quick to respond.

Where things are

• Fire extinguisher: in the kitchen.

• Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors: throughout the house. If one chirps, it needs a battery. Let us know.

Power outages

The mountain loses power now and then in storms. Flashlights are (to fill in: location). Keep the fridge closed and it will hold for hours. If the outage lasts more than an hour, message us.

Wildlife

Black bears live here. They want your trash and your dog’s food, not you. Keep food inside, make noise if you see one, and never approach. Give deer, snakes, and everything else room.
